What is Satisfacion? Can any body finds out a satisfied individual?

I think, satisfaction comes with fulfilment of ambition.But thing is this, that whether the ambition gets fulfilled? Because the ambitions and objectives are getting increased more and more and it never ends.. Then when   the satisfaction experianced ?or it is never experianced ?
